All parcel received at our warehouse, will need processing time up to 2 (two) business days. This processing time can significantly reduced to same day, depending on customer account balance status and/or required documentation needed (usually for customs regulation).

Parcel will be dispatched immediately at the soonest opportunity, under the following conditions: customer account balance is sufficient and/or required customs documentation fulfilled.
