GENERAL ENQUIRY

When will the courier man comes to pick up my parcel?


Kurasi provides same day or next day pick up service depending on the pick-up courier company that you choose. The pick-up courier representative will be at your doorstep according to the time listed under the courier service info. Usual collection time is within 7am to 3pm but varies according to courier. Additionally, you have the option to schedule 7 days in advance when you want them to pick up your parcel.




Can I specify a time for collection?


On your scheduled collection date, the courier representative will be at your doorstep according to the time listed under the pick-up courier service. Usual collection time is within 7am to 3pm but varies according to courier. Currently, customers are not able to select exact collection time yet.




How many days does it take for my parcel to be delivered?


It depends on the service types you select. The detail as follow:

  • EconOne service, it usually takes 15-25 business days to complete delivery. Tracking status will be available up to arrival at destination country. M
  • EconTrack It might take faster about 10-15 business days and tracking status will be available up to final delivery.
  • Express, it usually takes 3-5 business days.
  • Parcel sent with any shipping service above may takes longer delivery if an address is categorized as Remoted Area, or if there is an issue with custom clearance and force majeure condition.




What should I do if my parcels has not been delivered after the given time frame?


You may report to us and we will chase up the courier. Please go to “All Shipments” page and click on the red exclamation mark icon under your order.




What happens if my parcel has not been collected after the time frame given?


For this scenario, you're advised to:

  • Drop-off your parcel to the nearest courier branch.
  • Re-arrange your pick up date by reporting to us under “All Shipments” tab, go to your order and click on “paste the whole button here” to report.
  • Contact us for order cancellation and make a new order with different courier service.




The courier failed to collect my parcel, what now?


We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Kurasi is a platform that provides shipping solution and therefore we have no control over this. Failed collection is very rare but this can still sometimes happen when a driver does not manage to find the address or was delayed and did not manage to complete their round due to traffic congestions or for some other reasons. For this scenario, you're advised to:

  • Drop-off your parcel to the nearest courier branch.
  • Re-arrange your pick up date by reporting to us under “All Shipments” tab, go to your order and click on “paste the whole button here” to report.
  • Contact us for order cancellation and make a new order with different courier service




I have entered the wrong information and needs to change my booking details, what should I do?


Please contact us as soon as possible for us to assist you in the amendment. Amendment can only be made before 10am on the collection day or earlier.




Can I cancel my order?


Yes, you can. Please contact us to cancel your order but any amounts paid prior to your booking will not be refunded.




Do I have to print out the Air Waybill?


Yes, please print out your Air Waybill. Cut it according to the dotted lines given and attach it to your parcel. Keep the sender's copy for reference.




I can't print the Air Waybill. What can I do?


Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to print your Air Waybill.

Subscriptions

How does a Poopurr subscription work?


Box & Litter: Members receive a pre-filled litter box at the frequency of their choosing. It sets up in an instant and is 100% recyclable. One box lasts a one cat household 30 days without any odours or leaks. Simply scoop the solids and stir every other day, no fuss. A new box will arrive automatically at the perfect time. No more hauling huge bags back from the shops or forgetting to get litter all together. Litter Only: Our litter only option works exactly as above, but the litter arrives in a recyclable bag with a biodegradable tray liner for you to use with your own tray.




What is your cancelation policy?


Our goal is to make your life as easy as possible. So, if you want to leave, it's as easy as clicking a singe button - no hassle, no fees, nothing. Simply log into your account and click X Alternatively, talk to us. We will be more than happy to talk through any issues you may be having with your subscription and craft a more bespoke service to suit you.




When do new boxes arrive?


Our standard subscription includes one box a month. New orders are shipped on the day they are placed. Each following month, your box will be shipped on the Monday before your renewal date. When your box is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.




How do I dispose of my old box?


We put a lot of thought into producing the most eco-friendly, effective cat litter solution possible. It's as simple as removing the litter in the biodegradable tray liner, tying the top with the bag tie provided and putting it in the bin. You can then recycle all remaining parts in household recycling. The litter bag will biodegrade over 24 months leaving the silica litter behind (silica is a naturally occurring mineral that makes up 59% of the earths crust)




Will a Poopurr box actually last a month?


Absolutely! Our specially formulated litter far out performs standard clay or wood litter, providing a full month of odourless joy. Simply scoop the solids and stir the litter to encourage evaporation. As for the box, our double leak protection ensures the box does its job for a full month without any moisture ever escaping. Can I skip a delivery or pause my subscription?


Sure! Simply sign into your account. Then, click "Change Date". Here you can select the next date that suits you best.




How do I update my credit card info or address?


Simply log into your account, click on your username in the top right of the screen and click "My Wallet" to update your card details, or click "My Addresses" to make your changes to your shipping address. Note: If you haven't made a purchase yet, there won't be any credit card details saved for you to edit.





The Box

How many boxes do I need for my 17 cats?


Our boxes are designed to last a single cat household an entire month. Most cat experts recommend you have one litter tray per cat and a spare to avoid conflict. We find this a bit excessive and in our experience, if your cats get along, one box per cat works fine. If you have limited space you can buy one box for your cats to share and increase the frequency of deliveries. However, this will affect the litters odour control capabilities (more cats using one box means the litter has less time to dry out between uses) and we do not recommend it for more than a two cat household. If you find that your current subscription set up isn't working out, you can edit the number of boxes and the frequency you'd like them delivered at any time.




How big is the Poopurr tray and dome?


The standard Poopurr tray has internal dimensions of 48cm by 36cm with 20cm high sidewalls. It was designed to ensure it was big enough for even large cats while not being overly intrusive in your home. The lid helps to prevent litter from being flicked onto the floor but does reduce the overall area available to 45cm by 30 cm. The external dimensions with the lid attached are 50cm (L) by 40cm (W) by 20cm (H). The optional dome can help cats who want a bit more privacy or owners who don't want an open litter tray in the middle of their home. The dome replaces the lid and therefore gives your cat access to the full 48cm by 36cm tray. The dome and tray assembly measure 50cm (L) by 40 cm (W) by 40cm (H) with an entrance measuring 19 cm (W) by 26cm (H)




How do I set up & use the Poopurr box?


All Poopurr boxes come with easy to follow Swedish furniture-esque instructions as well as tips on maintenance and how to switch a cat to Poopurr litter. However if you'd like more info check out the video below: Transitioning a cat to Poopurr: Most cats switch to Poopurr trays without issue. The Litter

Will my cat be able to transition to a new litter?


Most cats switch to Poopurr trays without issue. However, if you know your feline friend to be on the fussier side, it can help to add a centimetre of their old style of litter to the top of the new Poopurr litter. Your cat will recognize the familiar smell and texture and know this is still their bathroom. Note: If you're worried about your cat not recognising the clean new box each month, it can help to repeat the above step, using a small amount of last months litter with each new box.




Does Poopurr litter clump?


Poopurr litter is a non-clumping litter. You will only need to scoop the solids as and when they happen. Our special litter absorbs urine and traps odours as the water in the urine evapourates. Stirring the litter helps to speed up this process. This way you get a no fuss, smell free experience.




How is Poopurr litter different and how affective is it at odour control?


Our specially formulated litter far out performs standard clay or wood litters. Silica gel is extremely absorbent and therefore you need less of it to do the same job. Eight times less to be precise. The super absorbent silica gel dries out both solids and liquids before they have a chance to stink out your home, providing a full month of odourless joy. Simply scoop the solids as they happen and stir the litter to encourage evaporation.




What is Silica and is it safe?


Silica is a naturally occurring mineral that makes up 59% of the earths crust and is a common additive in food (as an anti-caking agent), drink ( as a fining agent), cosmetics (for its absorbency) and oral care products (for its abrasive qualities). Silica gels is safe when ingested however like any type of litter it is not a good idea to ingest a lot of it as it may cause blockages. Therefore, we do recommend keeping an eye on your cat if they have a tendency to eat things they shouldn't. Our cat litter contains no scents, dyes or chemicals for a natural, safe household for all.




Does Poopurr litter work with automated litter boxes?


Yes. While Poopurr litter is non-clumping, the granular texture works perfectly with most automated litter trays. How many accounts can I create?


Each user is limited to only ONE account. However, for business account you may have another one but you are required to submit your SSM.




How do I change my password?


Login into your account and click on 'My Account'. You can change your password under the 'Profile Setting'.




Where can I get the delivery invoice?


Login into your account and click on 'My Account'. Select "Order & Invoice" tab and click on the print logo to print the invoice.




How do I track my parcel?


You are able to track your parcel from multiple courier companies using our built-in EasyTrack. Select the courier company that you are using and paste the Air Waybill/tracking number to track.




Can I change my e-mail?


Yes, you can change your e-mail. Contact us via e-mail at Info@kurasi.co.id and we will help you to update your account.
